Coach Kory Ramos — Head Instructor

I’m Coach Kory Ramos, born and raised in Central Texas and now proud to call Boerne home. I’ve been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 9 years under Professor John Ramsier, a second-degree black belt under Bruno Bastos and Robert Drysdale. I’ve competed in over 30 tournaments, including IBJJF Nationals, Pan Ams, NAGA Worlds, and Fight To Win.

I started coaching kids early in my journey and have helped develop youth competitors into world champions and medalists. My teaching is shaped by my faith and my “sheepdog” mindset — I believe in giving people the skills to stand strong and defend what matters.

When I’m not on the mats, I’m with my wife Olivia and our son Josiah, staying rooted in my faith, family, and community.
